[dropcap]O[/dropcap]n Friday afternoon, Aug. 21, the entire freshman class, 36 senior Peer Mentors, and at least 16 faculty members piled into four coach busses and began the hour-and-a-half drive to Forest Glen Camp in Huntsville.
Highlights of this year’s Freshman Retreat included relay races, playing human Hungry, Hungry Hippos, a solo performance of “Let it Go” by Ameer Mustafa (9), in-cabin impromptu dance parties, “Battle of the Deans,” and the Peer Mentor fashion show.
