Freshmen Drewsie Willson, Sydney Reichman, and Marisol Rascoe wait by the register, ready for people to check out. They only accept cash as a form of payment. Members of the Sustainability Committee, Governing Council, and many other volunteers take turns helping out with the store.
A pink, sequined dress hangs from one of the three dress racks. The racks fill up fast, as dresses are quickly outgrown. “I had so many dresses I needed to get rid of and this was the perfect place to do that,” sophomore Lindley Bowman said.
Sophomores Ross Wynne, Tripp Kneale, and Fenley Flack browse through the T-shirt section. The thrift store offers a mix of fun, unique pieces and classic wardrobe staples. “I saw some really good quality stuff,” Kneale said.
