The softball team recently received upgraded dugouts and a new outfield fence after damage sustained by a fallen tree between the right and center field during Hurricane Beryl, leaving the previous structure in disrepair.
Upper School English teacher created a virtual discussion using Flint K-12 for students to explore Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. “I have seen Flint impact learning in a positive way, especially for students who struggle with learning differences. It helps them communicate their ideas clearly in a more time-efficient way,” said Ms. Forster.
For Heath, the experience reaffirmed her passion for working with children.
“It really cemented my desire to pursue a career with children,” she said. “The way kids approach learning with so much curiosity and excitement makes every day feel special.”
